SHIPPING POLICY

GREECE

•          Deliveries within Greece are made by the company Speedex Courier.
•          Delivery time is within 1 to 2 working days. Hard-to-reach areas (as per courier company) are not included, it may need an additional 1 or 2 working days.
•          The delivery cost is 3.00€ for all deliveries within Greece.

OUTSIDE GREECE

•          Deliveries outside Greece are made by ELTA (Hellenic Post S.A.).
•          Delivery time is within 3 to 9 working days, depending on the ZONE of the country

(as per ELTA).
•          The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the products ordered and you will be informed via e-mail as soon as you place your order.

WΙTHDRAWAL – REFUND OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return the products purchased, without any penalty and without required to announce the reason for which you want to return the products, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case you only charge the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds shall be accepted only if the products that you want to return are in the same condition as received, i.e. without being unsealed or having their packaging being violated, together with the sales receipt or the invoice.

To prevent your own suffering, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the status of products sold and the intact on their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. wrong kind etc).

In the event of return of products and according to the way that you have chosen to pay for your order and return your order, your refund will be completed within 5 days starting from the date that we will receive the products.
